- The uptake of a liquid leads to a high degree of ruminal filling and expansion and hence prevents a displaced abomasum. Furthermore, the blood is diluted which leads to a better perfusion of the placenta and as an effect there are less cases of placenta retention.
- Glucose leads to an improvement of energy supply and an increase of the blood glucose level.
- ASS-CO FERM supports the rumen bacteria and the feed intake in the first few days after calving.
